1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any bonus items that may have been part of the purchase.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order number, must be provided.
Please note: Items that show signs of wear or damage due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the shipping label.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
